Overview
Traumatic brain injury (TBI) refers to damage to the brain caused by external mechanical force, such as a blow, jolt, or penetrating injury to the head, resulting in temporary or permanent impairment of cognitive, physical, and psychosocial functions. Research published in ADHD And Care addresses multiple dimensions of TBI, including clinical outcomes and prognostic factors in pediatric and adult populations treated at hospitals in Ethiopia, where studies have examined factors influencing recovery and discharge disposition following head injury.
