Biography
Ladislav Volicer is affiliated with the School of Aging Studies at the University of South Florida, Tampa, where his research focuses on gerontology and long-term care. His most-cited publication, "Loneliness and Isolation in Long-term Care and the COVID-19 Pandemic" (2020), has received 200 citations, reflecting the significant impact of his work on understanding critical issues affecting older adults in institutional settings.
