Biography
Matteo Ferro is Professor at the University of Milan, Milan, Lombardy, Italy, and holds an MD PhD with a specialty in Urology. His research focuses on prostate cancer biomarkers, including the evaluation of p2PSA and Phi for detection of prostate cancer at initial biopsy and aggressiveness stratification. He is author and co-author of approximately 60 articles in peer-reviewed journals and serves as a reviewer for several international peer-reviewed journals. Professor Ferro is a member of the Italian Society of Urology, Italian Society of Urologic Oncology, and European Association of Urology, and has lectured at more than 30 national and international conferences.
