Aims and Scope

In-vitro In-vivo In-silico Journal accepts and distributes articles in the form of Original Research, Reviews, Literature review, Conference proceedings, Case reports, Short communication, Thesis, Letters to the editor, and Editorials, encompassing theoretical and methodological research. The term "in silico" is a parallel to "in vivo" (in the living system) and "in vitro" (in the test tube) biological experiments, and suggests the growth of observations by computer-based simulations and model investigations.

The journal encourages the sharing of cutting-edge research and updates by scientists, pharmaceutical companies, regulators, and other stakeholders with an interest in treating, preventing, and diagnosing diseases. IIIJ provides an open platform for the exchange of ideas, discussion, and debate about developments in the field of drug discovery. The journal’s scope covers a wide range of topics, from animal studies and toxicity assessment to pharmacological and toxicological testing and pharmacokinetic-pharmacodynamic modeling of new drug candidates.

IIIJ welcomes submissions from researchers worldwide. Submissions should focus on the development and optimization of novel therapies and medicines and explore the regulations, clinical implications, and ethical considerations related to drug development. Providing an open-access platform will help to accelerate progress in the field and bring us closer to cures for life-threatening diseases.
