Biography
Dr. Ashish Kumar is a student at Lovely Professional University, Phagwāra, India. His research contributions span diverse fields, including high-energy particle physics, solar physics, and molecular biology. In particle physics, his work has focused on jet production in association with W and Z bosons in proton-proton collisions and searches for supersymmetry using hadronic final states and razor variables at the Large Hadron Collider. His solar physics research has examined helically kinked magnetic flux ropes in solar eruptions, helical magnetic fields in filaments, and interplanetary magnetic clouds with emphasis on helicity conservation and current-core flux-rope structures. Additionally, Dr. Kumar has contributed to studies on transcriptional coactivators in gene regulation, insulin-mediated phosphorylation of lipin 1, the phenylalanine ammonia-lyase gene family in raspberry, and the exclusion of elderly populations from clinical research.
