Individual Researchers, Authors Membership

To be eligible for APC waivers, you must be listed as an author or co-author of the submitted manuscript. Upon registration, members receive a membership certificate. Authors can submit an unlimited number of manuscripts annually, with the exception of special issues, and a 30% discount on the APC is available for articles submitted to special issues.
 

Student Membership

The Student Membership is specially designed to provide assistance to aspiring researchers and students actively engaged in academic or scientific research. To be eligible, students are required to submit a recommendation letter from their department head, research supervisor, or group leader at the time of application. This membership enables students to contribute as an author or co-author, allowing them to gain hands-on experience in the academic publishing process and to commence building their publication portfolio early in their careers. Important Points to be Noted

• Exclusive Membership Services: Members are encouraged to take advantage of the exclusive services provided within the designated validity period. Please be aware that any unused entitlements will not be carried forward, unless explicitly stated.
• Early Renewal for Uninterrupted Benefits: To ensure uninterrupted access to all membership benefits, members should renew their membership prior to the expiration date. Early renewal is highly recommended to maintain continuous access to exclusive resources.
• Renewal Fee Waiver: As an incentive for continued membership, the journal offers a 10% waiver on membership renewal fees when the membership is renewed before the expiration of the current agreement. This offer rewards early renewal and ensures ongoing involvement with the journal.
• Late Renewals: Please be advised that renewals submitted after the expiration date will not be eligible for continuation of unused services. To avoid any disruption in membership benefits, timely renewal is essential.
