Aims and Scope

Journal of Nervous System and Physiological Phenomena (JNPP) is an open access and peer-reviewed journal dedicated to exploring the multiple aspects of neural and physiological systems in health and disease. It provides a platform for researchers to identify, discuss and communicate their latest advancements in the field.

JNPP contains a wide range of topics concerning molecular and cellular biology, electrophysiology, development, neural engineering, sensory systems, robot-assisted therapy, and computational neuroscience. By providing a forum for the exchange of ideas and discussion of the latest trends, JNPP allows researchers to explore advances in understanding the nervous system, its development and diseases, and physiological domains and processes.

JNPP aims to publish original research papers and review articles that explore innovations in all fields related to the nervous system and physiology. We also welcome all related aspects of research including, but not limited to, neural and physiological networks, medical and surgical treatments, genetics and biotechnology, stem cells, and bio-inspired computing. JNPP publishes in the field of the nervous system and physiological phenomena.

JNPP covers research in topics including neuroanatomy, neurophysiology, pharmacology and therapy, neurodegenerative diseases, genomics, electrophysiological methods, and neuroscience. Additionally, research into physiological phenomena such as disease occurrence, immunology, medical devices, metabolism, neurodevelopmental disorders and diseases, anatomy, biogenesis, functional morphology, fine structure and development, morphology, electrophysiology, molecular biology, pharmacology, molecular and cellular function, molecular pathophysiology, and pathology of nervous systems and physiological phenomena. All types of the nervous system, both central and peripheral, as well as their related physiological phenomena, are discussed.

JNPP aims to provide a platform for researchers to share advances in scientific knowledge, technology, and clinical innovations that are related to the nervous system. The journal also encompasses fundamental and translational research in clinical neuroscience and related fields. JNPP aims to foster the exchange of ideas between basic scientists, clinicians and applied scientists in the field of neuroscience and gene therapy.

Journal also covers the diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of various neurological disorders and diseases. We strive to provide a quick, fair and comprehensive peer-review process to ensure that only high-quality manuscripts are published. The manuscripts will be thoroughly reviewed by at least two independent reviewers, and all decisions are made with the highest standards of objectivity and editorial impartiality.

The Journal of Nervous System and Physiological Phenomena publishes original research articles, reviews, mini-reviews, expert opinions, perspectives, methods, editorials, commentaries, short communications, and case reports.

The topics covered by the journal include, but are not limited to, the study of the nervous system,
