Journal of Transgenics

Aims and Scope

Journal of Transgenics (JTR) is an international, open-access, peer-reviewed journal dedicated to publishing innovative and timely research in the field of transgenics, the science of gene manipulation across species. We serve as a global platform for academics, researchers, and practitioners committed to transforming our understanding of genetic engineering and its vast applications.

Scope & Focus Areas: JTR welcomes high-quality submissions that span the full spectrum of transgenic research, including but not limited to:

  • Cutting-edge studies on CRISPR, TALENs, and other gene-editing technologies.
  • Innovative research on gene transfer, transformation techniques, and mutation breeding across plant and animal models.
  • Research exploring the physiological, biochemical, and genetic outcomes of transgenesis.
  • Development of transgenic strategies for novel therapeutic treatments and disease prevention.
  • Applications in agriculture, environmental management, and industrial biotechnology.
  • Reviews, perspectives, and commentaries that discuss recent advances, emerging trends, and future directions in transgenics.
  • Studies that bridge fundamental research with clinical or agricultural applications, fostering collaboration across disciplines.

JTR is interested in research that explores the use of artificial intelligence (AI) in gene editing, and transgenic technology, as well as its impact on the development of transgenic organisms. Outlined few keywords that suits the scope of the journal, not strictly restricted.
